Hello, Kenny. We can supply this balance, but it's a special configuration. What you have here is a special S795-33 but with the top screw-tab swapped out for a 15-198 hook. We can make that for you here in our shop as a custom order. What I'll do is email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to add 2 to your cart. You can then checkout as normal.
