Replacement

Question

The length of the assembly from the top mount to the bottom is 29 inches. These windows best I remember was Peach tree brand and are about 15 years old. Once I get this taken care of I need new weather stripping which I will need to figure out how to remove and replace first.

Your window uses an older crossbow balance that is no longer made. As long as the original spring is a 1/2" diameter, you should be able to convert to the Series 795 channel balance.
