I need a channel balance for Weather Sheild window the window was probably installed around 1990the stamp on the existing balance reads J 28 HD would you stock the replacement part thanks

It seems that your Weathershield window could be using a channel balance like our Series 751. This balance comes with a 15-014 balance shoe. Take a look. Does this look like it's a match for you? If so, then you should be able to use our S751-29 with a 28HD option.
