Replacement Balance

First, we need to start by identifying what you have. If you haven't already done so, remove the balance from the window. Take some photos of the entire balance, and upload them to this discussion for us to see. We will review it carefully and get back to you with our options.

Thanks for the added photos and information. See either our S380-32 or S385-32. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best.

Once you know which balance to select, you must choose a stamp option. Your stamped number of 31-3 conforms to our stamp option of 3130, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 16 through 23 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.
