Hello there. I am sure we can help, but before we proceed, can you send me photos of the 'guts' or underside of the metal channel? Some balances from the West coast have a special configuration we must account for. Once we see whether or not that is the case here, we can proceed.

Is this the view you are looking for? Also, can we get these in a lower spring rate? My wife has a hard time closing this window.

Thanks for getting back to me. This looks like either an S380-26 or S385-26. The only difference between these two channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2550.

It measures 1-3/32".
