Replacement Balance Needed

I currently have 3 windows that have broken balances and therefore the window will not stay open. I have looked and looked and cannot find a replacement. I have no idea what brand the windows are but I think the balances in the windows currently are crossbow? I would really appreciate any help you can provide me as I am at my wits end trying to find replacements. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for writing. You're right; these are old Crossbow Balances. The reason you can't find them is because they aren't made anymore. However, you can replace them with new Series 795 Channel Balances. See the video below for details.
