Replacement Balance Needed

Numbers and letters on the part are :
19. 4 EU. CMC. 4

Hoping I can find a replacement part for this my window cleaner that discovered this was broken said that it needed a 385 1930 part but when I go on the website I don't see that option

Thanks for writing in. Just confirm that the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings at either end, is 20" long. If so, see our S385-20. Based on your stamp code, I think you'll need a stamp option of 1940 for this balance. Let me know if you have any other questions.
