I have some window balances that rusted out due to contractor not sealing top of windows. Can you advise what part this is for so I can replace the cord, balance bar and the joint thing at bottom? Sorry not familiar with terms.
The wimdow is a 200 series Krestmark Collection. The business that sold them to the builder think it's a Excaliber 706-26C replacement part when I inquired over a year ago.
