Replacement Balance and T-Lock Shoe Needed

Question

I have posted photos of the PlyGem parts I need.  The t-shaped item appears to be shorter than the one I found on your site that reads an overall length of 1 in and 7/8 inch.  I would also be interested in purchasing a bulk package of the metal window springs? that are listed as Part number 253186-30C. Both purchases would be in bulk (30 springs minimum) and 60 t-shaped plastic parts.

Thanks for posting. This type of T-Lock Shoe, with the characteristic groove in the stem, was made by a manufacturer that no longer exists. Our T-Lock Shoes will be incompatible with your old balances, so I'm afraid you'll need to replace all your balances in addition to the T-Lock Shoes. The balances you need are our Series 795. The T-Lock Shoe you show in your photos can be replaced with our 15-195 1-1/4" Open Cam shoe. You can swap this out with the shoe that comes by default with our Series 795 Channel Balances (the 15-195). Let me know if you have any other questions.
