Replacement Balances
Hello there. Please start by measuring the depth of your bottom nylon shoe, as illustrated below. It's possible you have an S380-21, which has a 1" deep shoe; or a S385-21, with a 1-3/32" deep shoe; however I suspect your shoe's depth might be less than 1", in which case you'd need a balance outside of our stock items. We could certainly help, but let's confirm first to be safe. In any of these cases, the balance will have a new stamp option of 2030, which correlates with your old balance's stamp of 20C.
I'm afraid I can't determine what your precise depth is from just a photo of a tape measure. You will need to measure your shoe as carefully as you can and make your best determination between the two options described above.
