Replacement Balances Estimate please

A quick learner from Camas, WA says:
October 5, 2021
Hello, I would like to order two window balances.
Window slides Up and down only. (No tilt)
Metal length measures 26 inches, width 11/16 inch (approximately)
Metal length with plastic ends measures 27 1/8 inch

Channel has rolled pressed edge ( see pictures)
Has the following markings printed on it: 25 4( could be an A) Caldwell LM

Window (I believe it's called the sash) weighs 18.7 pounds

Hi, Liz.

Thank you for your patience during our busy season. With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-26 or S385-26 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. If your sash weighs exactly 18.7 pounds, you'll need the 2530 stamp option. This is for a sash weighing 15 to 19 lbs.
