The shoe appears to be a match for either the 15-210 or the 15-231. To determine which of these is the correct fit, you'll need to compare each of their dimensions. They can found on the website.

and I believe the window has a 9/16" pocket, so the 15-231 would be the correct fit.
Should I get a pair so Ican replace both sides to ensure proper functioning?
Thanks for confirming. You'll need the S770-26 with a 26D stamp option. This will support a sash weighing between 22 to 26lbs.
It would be advised to replace both balances to ensure the sash is supported correctly. Especially since they are difference series.
