Replacement Casement Window Lock

A home owner from Merrimack, NH says:

Hello,

Looking to replace a casement window lock or just the broken part if possible. The part that is broken is the lower plastic piece (open outer side of lock) that the inside lever engages with to lock the window.

Window Brand: Kohler Validator

Series: Estate Casement

Type: Casement

Thanks for your assistance,

Kevin

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello, Kevin. Your lock looks like a dead ringer for our 38-144. Look it over and let me know if you agree.

If your window is particularly old, you may also need new keepers. If so, see our 38-276 and 38-277. If these match the keepers you have now then you should be okay to reuse them.
