Replacement Channel Balance

Hello!

It looks like you have our S795-27 with a 27C stamp option. This balance comes with the 15-195 closed cam T-lock shoe so I recommend removing an undamaged shoe to confirm if this is what you have or not. If it's different from the 15-195 or if you're unsure, show us a picture of an undamaged T-lock shoe removed from the window and we can work from there. 

One important detail to note is that the Series 795 attaches to the top of the track using a screw, not a hook. If yours needs a hook then let me know; we can still help but your balance will have to be custom made.
