Replacement Channel Balance

Question

Please let me know as soon as possible if this can be replaced. I'm selling my house and this suddenly came apart. We are listing hopefully by the 10th of August. the channel measures 26 ¼ "

Thanks for posting. Please double-check the length of the metal channel; be sure not to include the nylon attachments at either end in the measurement. If the length is actually 26", then you have either an S380-26 or S385-26. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylons hoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the diagram below for reference.

In either case, for a new stamp option choose 2530.

Now, if by some chance the metal channel does indeed measure 26-1/4" long, I am afraid that we cannot supply channel balances of this length. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
