In need of replacement channel balances. In speaking to customer service, it was determined that these will need to be custom.
The length of the channel is 29"
Width of the channel is roughly 5/8"
The depth of the shoe is between 7/8" and 15/16"
Stamp is 28C
I will need (10) balances.

Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. If your bottom fitting measures 7/8" deep then this will indeed need to be a custom order. We'll use a 29" long metal channel with the 19-005 top and 15-029 bottom as well as the 2830 stamp. Your old 28C stamp may translate to our stamp but we recommend you weigh the window sash on a scale to confirm it falls within the 16 to 23-pound range.
Also note that our metal channel measures 9/16", not 5/8". Yours should match this but you can always double check to be safe.

To confirm some measurements I have rechecked.
The weight is 20lbs
The width across channel is 9/16
Depth is 1/2
The width of the bottom is closer to 15/16. It seems there was some wear which made it look like 7/8.
Hope this helps.
I will place an order next week for the 10 pieces.

Thanks for confirming that, Gene. We don't have a bottom fitting that measures 15/16" deep, I'm afraid. It looks like the best we can offer is the Series 380. This comes with a 1" deep bottom fitting so you could shave it down to make it 15/16". Just note that altered items like this can't be returned. You can place an order for the S380-29 directly on our website at your convenience since this isn't a custom order.
