There is a 3rd arm that my current crank has that does not appear on either of the models you sent. Both my current arm and the ones you sent have a long straight arm and a shorter hinged arm. My crank also has a short, straight arm that does not appear to be on the ones sent. Do you have anything more like that?

The third arm you're referring to is a part of the hinge, not the operator. If you need the hinge as well, start by taking a look at the specifications of the 36-048 to see if they match what you need. Note that we recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
