Based on the images can you tell me the correct replacement part # to order. The long arm is beyond 10". The windows are nearly 30 years old. I believe they were Norco and are now owned by Menards.

Thanks for your post! I believe you'll need the 39-014 Casement Window Operator to replace what you have. To confirm that this is the right fit, you'll need to confirm the exact measurement of the arm length.

Hi. The current crank is a 2 arm model. Your proposed part is a single arm. Do you have a 2 arm version 13.5"?

The operator you are showing here only has a single arm. The other arm you are seeing is part of the window hinge, which is completely separate from the operator.

If you would like to replace the hinge, I'll need to know the length of the track installed to the window sill (below the operator arm). Take a look at the 36-048 on the website, for reference.
