Replacement Crank System

Question

I have a window that needs to have a new crank window opening. It appears that the gears are striped and just clicks as you get closer to

Fully closing the window. In the winter it is really hard to manipulate it to a close position. Can you help me with the replacement parts?

P S. Our home was a new build in 2002.
