Replacement Door Handle and Mortise

I could not find any part numbers or markings at all. The overall size of the handle Plates is 9-7/8". The measurement from the screws that screw the handles to the door is 3-3/4". The measurement from the center of lock hole to the top screw is approx. 2-3/4". The measurement from center of lock hole to the bottom screw is approx. 1-1/4". The overall measurement of the mortise is 10".
