I want to replace my 20 4 B O CALDWELL Channel Balance. Attached are pictures of both ends and the model stamp. The length of the channel portion is 21 inches. What replacement do I order?
Note: The same window also uses a 2040 BSI FB channel balance. Do they both use the same replacement?

Unfortunately, that stamp is not a model number. It just indicates the spring that the balance uses. Your 2040 and 20 4 balances are the same, though, being that they came out of the same window and have 4/40 stamped on them.
Use S380-21 or S385-21, depending which shoe below you have. If your shoe is 1" deep, choose Series 380, and if it's 1-3/32" deep, choose Series 385. We sell the "2040" option.
