Replacement Hardware Needed

Question

Hello!  I'd like assistance in identifying the rusted part (parts) shown in the photos.  The window is vinyl but was already installed when we moved in so we don't know the brand.  It is a large window with frosted glass that is in our shower so we open the window for venting.  The window is in the direct path of shower water constantly. If possible, we'd love to replace the rusted piece but I think that it might be an assembly of parts???

See our 39-239B Awning Operator. Its stainless steel variant is the 39-239C. For new handles & covers that work with this operator, see either the 39-375 or 39-451, depending on the style you prefer. If you need the casement lock also, see if the 38-036 matches up.
