Replacement JW handle but with a key lock

I would like a handle that is just like this with a keylock. The screws looked like 3 15/16. The handle looks like close to 10". The plate with double mortise is at 11.5".

Sure thing! I recommend our 82-086 looks very similar to this, it has the same hole spacing you gave us, and it comes with a key lock to boot. I feel confident that this is what you want.
