Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact latch. The 26-243 and 26-244 appear to be similar. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with your old hardware.

This is a tilt latch from Ideal Windows for the DuraWeld window. I have these exact latches too. The ones that I have turned yellow and crumbled after 15 years :/

The latches Emily mentioned are too wide for my window. These were a perfect fit:

26-420 - Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand
26-419 - Tilt Window Latch, Left Hand
