Replacement Locking Lever

A quick learner from Fairless Hills says:
Can't seem to figure out replacement of a locking lever. 82-107 and 82-265. The long tab that fits into the latch mechanism has a wider part. Does that fit into the 82-107 or into the mortise latch mechanism from the other side. I can't seem to figure out why it wouldn't just fall out. What is keeping the piece that goes into the mortise lock from just falling out? Do you have an illustration with how the various pieces fit together for the 82-107'>82-107 and the 82-265?

I'm not really sure what you're asking. Are you asking why the 82-107 thumb lever doesn't fall out of the door? It's held to the base of the handle using the washers and push nut that come with it. The handle is really the key component here.
