Replacement Operator

Question

Hello,
I found this thread where it appeared someone was in my same position.

I purchased the 39-315 : Truth Dyad Operator as well as the handle. It is almost a perfect replacement, but the base plate on the new one is too small. I attached a photo for reference. The original is on top and the new one is one the bottom.

Could someone help identify the correct replacement? The number on the original is 45345.

I see what you mean. Unfortunately, we don't have anything that has that same extra wide face plate as your original. I've never seen that before, but odds are it's an older model that isn't something we can provide. You may want to contact your window's manufacturer to see if they can help. I apologize for the inconvenience.
