Replacement Operator Arm

A quick learner says:
The plastic wheels on the operator arms are worn out. The casement windows are from Atrium Windows manufactured in Dec 2003. "EntryGard Truth" is imprinted on the operator arms.

Are replacement plastic wheels available?

I would like to confirm that the operator arms part numbers 39-031 and 39-032 are the correct replacement parts.

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately these white wheels are not manufactured separately from the operator; the entire unit will need to be replaced. See our 39-031& 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operators, or our 39-155 & 39-156 Caradco Window Crank Operators. Note the different lengths of the link arm. Compare all the dimensions of either set with your old operator and see what you think would work best for you.
