Thanks for reaching out! Your casement operator resembles an older version of our 39-028E, its opposite is part 39-027E. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing operator to confirm if this is the right fit for you. Be sure to compare the wheel on the operator as well.
Dimensions for 39-028e
The compatible crank handle is part 39-114L.
