Hello, I have six windows that need new balances. The former owner of the home put the windows in and I do not know the brand. There are no identifiers that I can see. The metal channel shows:

Hello,
If your balance has a 24" long metal channel, see the S795-24 (24B) replacements. Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for your t-lock shoe. Our closest option would be the 15-194 shown below but it has a closed metal cam, where yours is open. This could cause issues with the pivot bar having enough clearance but it would be our best match at this time. Note that the 15-194 shoes would need to be ordered with the S795 balances.
