Replacement Parts

Hello,

I have, what I've identified as, a "34"[B] Series 795 Channel Balance" in my window. The shoe has detached and will not hold when the balance is engaged. I'd like to replace the entire balance with the correct shoe, purchase an additional shoe that would be compatible with the original balance, as well as replace the right-hand, tilt window latch that was damaged when the balance release from the shoe.

Can you please help me identify the correct, matching shoe, as well as confirm that 26-244A is the correct window latch?

Thanks for reaching out to us. The shoe I would recommend is our 15-195B open cam T lock shoe, though it's important to understand that it won't fit on your old balances. Your balances have a deep groove in the channel that the more modern versions lack, so they'll only work on the channels we sell. Just something to keep in mind.

For the latch, the 26-244A does appear to be correct. Just make sure that all the dimensions line up.
