The pivot shoe resembles our 15-175, the coil spring could be our S152-6, and I think for the top tilt latches you should consider our 26-390 and 26-391.

Can you identify the last component part numbers that hold and secure the coil?

We don't have that exact spring cover. However, if my earlier suggestions are accurate, you c ould use our 15-150S coil support.
