I am looking for a window balancer, top latch and pivot shoe for a Simonton 40-06 single hung window.

Your balance assembly resembles the 15-199 pivot shoe that is compatible with either the 1/2 wide Series 160 coil springs or 3/8" wide Series 165 coil springs. Measure and compare all dimensions to confirm a good fit!

If you need assistance with choosing the correct weighted coils, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward.

For the tilt latch, are you able to provide the length and width of the latch excluding the latch tab? Thank you!
