Replacement Parts for Broken Latch Keepers, Cam Pivots, and Balances

A home owner from Richmond, Virginia says:
I need to replace broken balances, keepers, and cam pivots on several windows.

1- The broken latch keeper is 2 1/8" wide and 1 1/4" tall (photo of unbroken one). The screws are 1.5" apart.

2- The broken cam pivots are mounted on the side of the sash with two screws 1/2" apart. The left and right pivots appear identical.

3- The broken balances are 36" long with a T-Lock Open-Cam shoe (photo attached). The number stamped on the balance is 36I.

Thank you for contacting us. I'll go through each part one at a time.

1. I'm afraid we don't have that latch keeper. The manufacturer discontinued it and never made a substitute. our 90-301 may work as a possible replacement, but I cannot confirm if it will. Look it over and see what you think.

2. The closest pivot bar we have to yours is our 26-402. Again, I can't confirm if it will work since they're a little different, but it has the same hole spacing and it should fit in the new shoe, so I think it's a good bet. Speaking of the shoe...

3. You have an older shoe design. We have similar replacement shoes but I don't believe they'll fit in your balance channel. You'll need an all new Series 795 channel balance. This also comes with a closed cam, while yours appears open; see our 15-195B. These just pop on and off, so if you order them both you should be able to swap them off.  See the video below and let me know if you have any questions.
