Replacement Parts for Patio Door handle and Lock

I would like to purchase replacement parts for my sliding patio door. Lock is not operating and wanted to replaced worn door handle as well.

Hello,
It looks like you may have already located the 82-265 mortise lock shown below. Your handle set resembles the 82-086 as long as the offset thumb latch and 3-15/16" hole spacing match your assembly. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thanks for posting!
