Replacement Parts for Tilt Windows

Question

Hi, I am looking to replace the latch and shoe for my window. I only know it's 27 inches and found the marking on the 27C NL BS(I). The block is nested in the side corner with the metal square on the end (see picture). I do know the maker of the windows the label is worn. I have attached 3 pictures that I hope can help identify the replacement parts. I would like to change this for at least 4 windows (2/per window).

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the S770-27 (27C) channel balance to yours. This balance is commonly used with the 15-129 pivot shoe but I would recommend removing your original shoe from the window to confirm that the width and thickness match up to yours. Thanks for posting!
