Replacement Parts for Window

Question

Looking for replacement parts for double hung window.  This part, broken and missing top part attaches to the counter balance slider via a hook which has worn and weakened over time and acts as the hinge point on the window.

Thanks for your post! The balance you are searching for is the Series 795 Channel Balance. If you are only looking to replace the shoe, you may be able to use the 15-195B 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe. Be sure to take a look over the dimensions and design to confirm if it would be compatible with your shoe.

If you are looking to replace the entire balance, I'll need to see the attachment at the top of the balance and the stamp from the channel.
