Replacement Parts for Window Balance

A quick learner from Carmel Indiana says:

Please review the attached photo. Disregard earlier inquiry and photo. This is clearer picture of what I have. The windows not longer are being held up. I think it is the shoes, one side appears broken. Sincere thanks, Carl

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. Your Spiral Balance looks like our Series 600 with the red tip. Measure out the length of the metal tube (but not including the colored tip) to determine the length needed. 

As far as your Pivot Shoe and Pivot Bar, take a look at the 15-121 and 26-040. Both may work well, but compare the dimensions with your old parts and let us know if they at all differ.
