Replacement Parts for Window Coil/Shoe

Question

I need to buy new parts so that my window stays open. I need to replace the coil and upper and lower "shoe". I need help with identifying what parts I need. I'd like to buy a whole assembly if that's possible or at least all the parts piecemeal so I can fix the window. I need left and right parts.

Hello there!

Your old pivot shoe isn't something we have a 1:1 match for. However, you could consider the 15-199, which is used with the 1/2" S160 and 3/8" S165 coil springs. I suspect your old spring band is 1/2" wide. but please correct me if I'm wrong.

If it's indeed 1/2", see the S160-05 5.5-pound coil spring. We also have the 15-150S single support.
