Looks like you have an old discontinued operator. I'm afraid we don't carry this, but you could consider using our 39-366. It seems to have the same metal bearing at the end. You will need to retro fit it to your window, though, since the base has to mount to the sill. Take a look and see what you think.

What is the dimension on the base that would be mounted into the existing hole.The existing hole opening on the old unit is 3 3/4. Would this fit in this hole and then mount up to the sill.
If ordered 39-366 this for left window 39-365 for right side with 39-114L cranks. CORRECT. If units don't fit can they be returned.

You will need to cut out a 3-3/4" hole so that the 39-365 can fit in your window, I'm afraid. I wish there were an easier solution but since yours isn't made anymore, options are very limited. These two operators do work with the 39-114L, though, and you can return them if they do not work. See our return policy for more information.
