Replacement Pivot Shoe

Question

The metal part of my pivot shoe broke and needs to be replaced but not sure which one to order. I have sent a picture of an unbroken one and a picture of label on the window.

Hello there. This exact pivot shoe is no longer made, but you should be able to replace it with our 15-177. This shoe is compatible with the same sort of coil balances your old shoe works with (our Series 152). Let us know if you have further questions.
