Replacement Pivot Shoe

Question

The pivot shoes in three lower sashes have broken. Do you have a suitable replacement like that shown in the photos and is 7/8" x 1 1/4" x 1 3/8" ? I believe a taller item would work, but the width and length need to fit in the track.
Window frame and sash labels also attached in case they are helpful.

Hey there!

The pivot shoe shown here isn't something we can supply. The 15-259 can work for you though. This is used with the S159 coil balances that are sold separately. I recommend watching the video below. It will go over everything you'll need to know.
