Replacement Pivots for Alside Tilting Windows

A quick learner from Rockwood, ME says:
Good Morning. I have two vinyl Alside tilting windows with broken pivots so they no longer tilt or even stay up. I am told the model # may be 0910 and the serial # as depicted is 112-529497. I am told the model name may be Centurion but it has been discontinued. Does your company have the replacement parts? Please advise.

This looks like our 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 152 Coil Balances. The pivot bar might be the 26-226, but I'd compare with an undamaged version to confirm.
