Hello,
I'm looking to replace the handle on my slider door. The locking lever on the handle itself has broken. The mounting holes from center to center are 5 1/2". All the replacement ones I'm finding are less and I don't want to drill new ones. The locking mechanism itself is functional. The handle is white, but if not available, a black replacement would be fine with me.

Unfortunately, we don't h ave a handle set with a 5-1/2" hole spacing. If you are not interested in drilling hew holes, then I'm afraid we have nothing in our inventory that can work for you. I'm sorry that we cannot be of more help.
Our 82-106 may work for you, but there are no guarantees it will be compatible with your old handle. I think it's a good bet, but the 5-1/2" hole spacing makes me hesitate to say anything for sure. If that detail is different, then there may be other, more subtle differences, as well.
Also note that the 82-106 has a flat tail for use with mortise locks like our 82-218, 82-227, or 82-226, which each have a corresponding flat slot. As long as your mortise lock has a similar slot, then I think this is our best option.
