Replacement Sliding Door Handle

Question

Looking for a replacement handle for this older door. There is a mortise lock inside of the interior handle, which is mounted onto the door frame itself. As you can see there is no interior lock in the door frame/panel. It seems like a "hook style handle" however most of the hook style I am coming across have more than 1 hook.  Handle has standard screw spacing of about 3 1/2 in . Hoping you can help find a good alternative to replace this handle.

I think you can get our 82-005 to work on your door. It comes with its own keeper so the style of the hook doesn't really matter so much. Look it over and see what you think.
