Replacement Sliding Glass Door Handle/Lock - Arcadia (?) handle circa 1956

A quick learner says:
The original hardware on our house was installed around 1955-1956. I have a sliding glass door handle that has a broken plastic lever, so can no longer lock. 4 images are attached. There is no manufacturer's name. However, it shows it was manufactured under patents 2,710,156 and 2,701,157. A Google search shows the patents were assigned to Arcadia Metal Products, Inc. -- so I'm guessing this is an Arcadia handle. I'm looking for a replacement handle.

Specs:

Body of latch mechanism: 3 1/4
User submitted photos of a mortise lock.

That mortise latch is a discontinued part which is no longer available. I would suggest using the surface mounted handle, 82-005. Take a look and see what you think.
