Replacement Sliding Glass Door handle and lock set

Hello,
I am attempting to replace the handle and lock on this sliding glass door (see pictures of the door with it all removed). I have no idea who the manufacturer of the unit is nor do I have pictures of the old handle (unfortunately). The hole spacing for the handle mount looks to be about 4.5inches. Please advise if you can identify the correct replacement parts for this sliding patio glass door. If this is an available part, please share the quote and lead-time for it. Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Unfortunately, we can not determine the hardware that your door uses without seeing the original parts. With that being said, we do offer the 82-005 surface-mounted replacement. Review the specifications and installation video below to see if you could adapt something like this to work for your application. Keep in mind that you would need to drill new installation holes to accommodate the 4-15/16" hole spacing of our part, being careful not to hit the glass in the door. Thank you!
