Replacement Sliding door latch with handle

Please identify this latch. The inside and outside handles have broken off. It is marked with Canadian patent no. 919213.

If it's the handles that you need, take a look at the 82-005 and see if it will fit. Is the mortise (the part shown) still working, as well?
