Thanks I will order a pair and try them, what about the top dash guide( first picture)?
How did you figure out the length and force of the balancer?

Oh, sorry about that. I'd recommend our 18-042 for the top sash guide. This is just an educated guess based on your picture; I would refer to an undamaged top sash guide in your window to confirm that these match.

We determined the length and strength based on your stamp. "26 3" indicates a 27" long metal channel and a 2630 option; a 2630 option can carry a sash weight of 13 through 19 pounds. You can always measure your metal channel and weigh your sash to confirm these details.
