Replacement Viking Window Balances

A home owner from California says:
Hi,

We have two window sashes whose window balances have broken. The latch for the windows says "Viking". Unfortunately, the plastic pieces (shoes/cams/etc.) broke several years ago and we don't have the pieces to figure out exactly the shape. I've attached photos of each side of the balance as well as the frame of the window showing the hole in which the balance should attach. The plastic piece on the sash itself is broken, so I've attached a photo.

The sash is 24" tall.
The balance is 22 15/16" tall, 1/2" wide, and has the number "2220" stamped on it.
The centers of the holes in the frame are at 22.75" and 23.75" above the bottom of the frame.

Thank you for your help.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hey Brett. Viking windows often use our Series 395, in which case you'd need our S395-23 with a stamp option of 2220. But it's best to check an identical window in the house to make sure this balance matches up. See what you find.
