Replacement Viking window balances

I have some old biking windows the channel balances need replacing. The part # on the balance is 2840 and the measure 27 inch. Can you let me know which part # I'd the Replacement? Thanks

Hi, I sent a previous enquiry with the wrong info. I know have pics and correct info. My old Viking no tilt windows need new channel balances.
They measure 26" in length. Stamp says 2640. Pics attached. Can you help me locate the correct item #? Thanks, Emily

Hello, Emily! At first glance, your balance appears to match our Series 395 at first glance. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those two pieces match up then you should be good to go.
